·A2 is an air hardening steel and will develop full hardness on cooling in still air. I'm using both O-1 and A2the O-1 is easier to HT and I think it sharpens easier than the A2.The A2 is much better on patinastays polished longer. I will revert back to the O1 as recommmended and see the difference it makes.Thanks all.Reactions
